Open Call Film Reel 2024

LINES FICTION presents a FILM SCREENING with ANIMATIONS and ANIMATED CARTOONS in KUNSTRAUM KREUZBERG Berlin, Germany.

The screening is preceded by an OPEN CALL FOR INTERNATIONAL SUBMISSIONS.

OPEN CALL We are looking forward to animated films that are hand-drawn and animated frame by frame, as well as animations whose moving images are created on the computer.

We look forward to comics as well as experimental strips.

The decisive factor is the connection to the drawing / graphic / line.

• The animation must be submitted as an mp4 file.
• Format 16:9 or 4:3
• Maximum length 8 minutes.
• For the soundtrack: Please make sure that the music of your film does not violate GEMA rights. We can only accept GEMA-free music on the soundtrack.

Deadline for online–submissions: September 8, 2024

The films will be edited into a film reel and shown – with the names of the authors – at the KUNSTRAUM KREUZBERG | BETHANIEN Berlin from November 16, 2024 till January 12, 2025
